Used primarily in warehouse applications where a sales person can call the warehouse and employee's can simply respond to the question through the speaker in real time (do we have that shirt in medium? Since the MP3 and satellite radio rage, we at VA Communications have found a surge in requests for commercial-free and a controlled music choice in a device that will not wear out and is easy to change (use Christmas music in the month of December).
